OPM can facilitate all your general fabrication needs from small to large projects.

We have three major sections of our business devoted to fabrication – Sheet Metal, Boiler Making and Machining.

Our highly trained staff can perform Pressure Welding, High Risk work including confined space entry, and are work cover accredited.

All fabrication is compliant to Australian Standards.

The Fabrication Department is set up with equipment such as:

• 120 Ton brake press
• Plate rollers and sectional rollers
• Manual plasma & oxy cutting
• Cold saws and horizontal band saw
• Large capacity Lathes, mills, radial arm drill, internal keying.
• Hydraulic press
• Spray painting booth
• Sand blasting

We also supply laser cut and CNC machined components, and dynamic balancing to complement our range.

Our highly trained fitter/machinists have years of experience in the engineering field, which helps OPM maintain a high level of product quality on every project.
